It is an honor to welcome you to the Federal College of Agriculture, Ibadan, a trailblazing institution in West Africa's agricultural landscape.

With a legacy spanning over a century, our college has been at the forefront of agricultural innovation and development since its inception as a model farm in 1899 and subsequent establishment as a School of Agriculture in 1921. Our commitment to excellence has made us the premier institution for agricultural education in Nigeria and West Africa.

At FCA Ibadan, we are committed to empowering the next generation of agricultural leaders and innovators through our comprehensive ND and HND programmes, alongside vocational training that prepares students for real-world challenges in the agricultural sector.

What We Offer

Our college contributes significantly to Nigeria's agricultural development through research, farm equipment design, and agricultural outreach programs that benefit communities across the nation.

I am particularly proud to announce that FCAIB will soon launch degree programs in partnership with the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), positioning us among Nigeria's first monotechnics to achieve this historic accomplishment.

Beyond academics, our students benefit from sports and extracurricular activities that emphasize leadership development, teamwork, and character building. We believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals who are prepared to contribute meaningfully to society.
